You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the slab is returned in the same condition with its case intact and unopened.

• Change of mind: return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
• Not as described, damaged, or a raw card below its stated condition: we cover return shipping and refund in full.
• Cases that have been opened, cracked or tampered with cannot be refunded.
